We decided to invest in an Ordlanda Area Florida vacation rental home because we are convinced that there are four basic reasons why people, such as yourself, might want to enjoy a single family home with multi bedrooms and a private pool/spa in a community setting on your next trip to the Orlando area.
1. Value: The ability to rent and enjoy the comforts and luxury of a home with your own private pool/spa and games room close to Disney at less than hotel rates.
2. Customer service: Kathy and I and our Florida management team make it a point to make every guest feel like family. We walk you through the reservation process like you are family and communicate with you from the time of your booking until your arrival. We will also give you management’s telephone number and email address in case you need immediate attention during your stay.
3. The ability to keep tabs on our property: With our guest’s feedback, and with us living in New England, we are able to make sure our home stays in superior condition. We have a very good management company to maintain our home, but if something comes up that requires immediate attention, we and/or management are just a phone call away. We also visit the property several times a year to make a personal inspection of the home and to implement continued improvements.
4. Word of mouth: After families vacation at Chattysdeam, they often go back home and tell friends and family about their relaxing, positive experience at “Chattydream” Vacation Villa.
