2. Customer service: Kathy and I and our Florida management team will make it a point to make every guest feel like family. We walk you through the reservation process, communicate with you before departure, and most importantly, we call you at the villa (if we can reach you-guest seem to get busy real quick) the first or second night just to make sure your vacation stay is top notch. We will also give you management’s telephone number in case you need immediate attention.
3. The ability to keep tabs on our property: With our guest’s feedback, and with us living in New England, we are able to make sure our home stays in superior condition. We have a very good management company to maintain our home, but if something comes up that requires immediate attention, we are just a phone call away. We also visit the property several times a year to make a personal inspection of the home and to implement continued improvements.
4. Word of mouth: After families vacation at Chatty's Dream, they often go back home and tell friends and family about their relaxing, positive experience at “Chatty’s Dream” Vacation Villa. Some return year after year, others send along referrals and we appreciate the opportunity to rent to family and friends of prior guests.
