All rates, including pool heat, are subject to mandatory 12% Fl Hotel Tax, plus a damage deposit of $200, refundable after villa is inspected by our local management company.
Pool heat, when requested, is $25 per night, and is recommended November to April.
You MUST BE 21 YEARS OR OLDER TO RENT CHATTYSDREAM.
A formal Florida Vacation Home short term rental agreement will be emailed following your reservation confirmation.
DUE TO FAMILY ALLERGIES PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN VILLA BUT IS PERMITTED IN POOL AREA.
