In the event your party needs to cancel, the following conditions will apply.
We will refund 100%* of the $200 damage security deposit paid by you.
We will refund 100%* of any hotel taxes paid as part of your bill.
If cancellation occurs 60 days before arrival date, we will refund all payments* paid minus a $50 booking fee.
If cancellation occurs within 59-30 days before your arrival date, we will refund 75% * of all payments paid.
If cancellation occurs within 29-15 days before your arrival date, we will refund 50%* of all payments paid.
If cancellation occurs within 14 days before your arrival date we are unable to issue any refunds of monies paid except for 100% * of your paid security deposit and hotel tax as stated above.
* In situations where the amount previously paid was paid by credit card or foreign bank check, we will deduct 5% from the refund to cover bank charges and or credit card fees.
Unusual Circumstances.
Last Minute Cancellations by guest due to natural disasters or acts of any government:
Guest will be refunded all monies paid minus a $50 cancellation fee. If owners are forced to cancel booking due to a natural disaster impacting the villa, owners will work with local Orlando Management Company to help guest find "similar" villa housing with similar amenities and a similar distance to the Disney Theme Parks. All monies previously paid will be credited to the cost of the replacement villa.
